1. When using 120 kg of base fertilizer, using Jinongle soil twice for top dressing can increase the yield per mu by about 16kg compared to using compound fertilizer twice; When using 80kg of base fertilizer, using Jinongle soil twice for top dressing can increase the yield per mu by about 32kg compared to using compound fertilizer twice; After using Jinong Letu twice for topdressing, it can significantly increase the yield of tobacco per mu.
2. When using 80kg base fertilizer, the yield per mu of top dressing with Jinong Letu for 2 times, Jinong Letu for 1 time, and compound fertilizer only for top dressing were 93.84 kg, 77.44 kg, and 61.84 kg, respectively. This indicates that the use of Jinong Letu for top dressing can increase the yield of tobacco per mu, and the yield increase effect of using Jinong Letu for 2 times is better than that of using Jinong Letu for 1 time.
1. When the base fertilizer is the same, applying compound fertilizer (5kg+1kg of Jinong Letu) twice (demonstration 1 and demonstration 2) has a significant difference in the improvement of fresh and dry weight of tobacco leaves compared to using only compound fertilizer 10kg twice (control 1 and control 2), and the effect of dry weight increase is particularly significant. The dry weight increment of a tobacco leaf was 1.26g and 6.93g, respectively, with an average increase of 9.38% and 89.65%, indicating that the application of Jinongle soil can improve the dry matter content.
2. Under the same base fertilizer, using Jinong Letu twice (Demonstration 2) for top dressing significantly increased tobacco yield compared to using Jinong Letu once (Demonstration 3). The base fertilizer is 80kg, and the fresh weight and dry weight of Jinong Letu tobacco leaves are 148.33g and 11.73g after two rounds of topdressing. The fresh weight and dry weight of Jinong Letu tobacco leaves are 141.25g and 9.69g respectively after one round of topdressing. The fresh weight and dry weight of tobacco leaves have increased by 7.08g and 2.04g respectively.
3. Compared with using Jinong Letu twice for top dressing (demonstration 1, demonstration 2) and using only compound fertilizer twice for top dressing (control 1, control 2), the dry to fresh ratio of tobacco leaves has been improved. Demonstration 2 (8.13%)>Demonstration 1 (7.43%)>Control 1 (7.30%)>>Control 2 (5.61%).
After using Jinong Letu for top dressing once or twice, the proportion of first-class tobacco leaves is high. When the base fertilizer is the same, using Jinongle soil twice for top dressing compared to using compound fertilizer twice, the average increase in first and second grade leaves is 36%, indicating that using Jinongle soil is beneficial for improving the quality of tobacco leaves.
Conclusion:
1. The use of Jinong Letu is beneficial for increasing tobacco dry matter. Under the same base fertilizer, the average dry weight per leaf increases by 2.63g.
2. Using Jinong Letu is beneficial for improving tobacco quality. After using Jinong Letu twice, the average proportion of primary and secondary tobacco leaves is 70.5%.
3. The effect of applying Jinong Letu twice is more significant.
